- Collections, items, photos, notes, and value history are stored on your device by default.
- In guest mode, data remains local and is not automatically synced to cloud services.

2. Optional account
- Login is optional and can be used for account-based features and subscription continuity.
- When authentication is used, compatible providers (e.g., Apple/Google) are used without requiring an app-specific password.
3. Subscription and payments
- PRO subscriptions are managed via app stores with RevenueCat entitlement management.
- Full payment details are not directly stored by the app.
4. Exports and sharing
- CSV/PDF exports only happen after explicit user action.
- You decide if and where generated files are shared.
